UK Shipping Order Processing Delivery Timeline

1) Standard Delivery Time

Our standard turnaround time is 8 to 10 business days after final design approval. Production begins once the artwork has been approved and the order has been confirmed.

Once printing and production are completed, your order will be carefully packed and shipped using trusted delivery partners to ensure safe arrival.

Note: Production time begins only after the final artwork approval and payment confirmation.

2) Expedited Production & Delivery

If you require faster delivery, we offer expedited production services. The availability of rush printing or faster shipping depends on:

  • The nature and complexity of the packaging project.
  • The quantity of the order.
  • The requested delivery deadline.

3) Order Production Stages

Every order goes through several stages before delivery. These stages help ensure quality, accuracy, and proper production of your customised packaging.

  • Stage 1: Order placement through the website.
  • Stage 2: Design review and artwork preparation by our design team.
  • Stage 3: Printing and production process begins.
  • Stage 4: Order is handed over to the shipping company and dispatched.

4) Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled depending on the stage of production. Cancellation requests must be submitted through our customer service team.

  • Stage 1 Cancellation: Orders cancelled before design work begins will incur a £15 fee plus 5% of the total order value to cover payment processing and administrative costs.
  • Stage 2 Cancellation: If design work has started, a minimum of 20% of the total order value will be charged to cover design services.
  • Stage 3 Cancellation: Once printing has started, cancellation cannot be guaranteed. If cancellation is still possible, at least 50% of the total order value will be charged to cover production costs.
  • Stage 4 Cancellation: Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

5) Returns & Refunds

Because all packaging orders are custom manufactured, returns and refunds are generally not available. All sales are considered final once production has begun.

However, if we verify that an error occurred during production, we will arrange a reprint of the affected order.

Refunds or account credits are not issued for customised packaging orders.

6) Design Service Orders

Design services are non-refundable once work has started. After a design order has been placed and accepted, refunds are not available for artwork or design-related services.

7) Reprint Policy

Customers must report any damage, defects, or missing items within 4 business days of receiving the order.

Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.

  • Clients must return at least 99% of the received products to request replacements.
  • Returned products must be shipped back within 10 days of the original delivery date.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Returns require written authorisation from BuyPackagingBoxes.co.uk before being accepted.

8) Non-Refundable Charges

Any charges related to rush printing or expedited shipping services are strictly non-refundable.

This includes orders that may be returned or replaced for any reason.
