Returns Policy Reprints Customer Protection

1) Overview

Due to the customised nature of our packaging products, most orders produced by BuyPackagingBoxes.co.uk are considered final once production has started.

If there is a manufacturing defect or production error, customers must notify us within 3 days of receiving the order. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery to ensure accuracy.

2) Eligibility for Returns

Returns or replacements may be considered if the product received:

  • Contains a verified printing or manufacturing defect.
  • Does not match the approved artwork or final specifications.
  • Arrives damaged during shipping.

To process a claim, customers must provide:

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation.
  • Clear photographs showing the defect or issue.

3) Non-Returnable Products

Because our products are made to order, the following situations are not eligible for refunds or returns:

  • Orders approved by the customer prior to printing.
  • Minor colour variations caused by printing processes.
  • Customer errors in artwork files, spelling, or design layout.
  • Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery.
  • Claims submitted more than 3 days after delivery.

4) Refund Process

Once a return request is received, our quality team will review the provided information and inspect the reported issue.

If the claim is approved, we will either:

  • Arrange a reprint of the original order, or
  • Issue a refund to the original payment method.

Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable number of business days depending on the payment provider.

5) Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after approval, please follow these steps:

  • Check your bank or credit card account again.
  • Contact your credit card provider as processing times may vary.
  • Contact your bank as refunds may take several business days to appear.

If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact our support team.

6) Exchanges

Exchanges are only provided if the delivered products are defective or damaged.

If an exchange is required, customers must contact our team and follow the return instructions provided by our support staff.

7) Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning the product unless the issue resulted from our production error.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

8) Gift Orders

If an item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item once it is received.

If the order was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
