7) Returns & Reprint Policy

If the delivered products do not meet the approved specifications due to production errors, customers must notify us within 2 working days of receiving the order.

If the issue is verified as a production mistake, we will arrange a reprint of the original order.

• Refunds are not issued for customised packaging orders.
• Customers must provide clear photos of the defect within 6 days.
• At least 99% of the products must be returned to qualify for replacements.

8) Order Placement & Payments

All prices listed on our website are displayed in GBP (£).

Production begins only after the full payment has been received through an authorised payment method.

Orders are confirmed once the customer submits the order form or specification sheet detailing their packaging requirements.

9) Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within a limited timeframe depending on the stage of production.

• Orders may be cancelled within 5 hours after proof approval.
• Cancellations after this period may incur a 25% deduction of the order value.
• Cancellations after 24 hours may incur up to 50% deduction of the order value.
• Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

Orders cannot be cancelled due to production or shipping delays that are outside the control of BuyPackagingBoxes.co.uk.

10) Customer Content & Artwork

Customers are responsible for all artwork, images, graphics, and text submitted for printing.

• Artwork must be supplied in CMYK format.
• Minimum resolution should be 300 DPI.
• We are not responsible for poor printing results caused by low-quality artwork files.

BuyPackagingBoxes.co.uk reserves the right to refuse orders that contain unlawful, offensive, or copyrighted material.

11) Proofs & Colour Accuracy

Digital proofs are used to verify layout, text accuracy, and design placement. However, they may not accurately represent final printed colours.

Variations in colour may occur due to printing techniques, ink density, lamination, or material differences.

Customers requiring exact colour matching should request hard copy proofs, which may incur additional charges.

12) Printing Methods & Materials

BuyPackagingBoxes.co.uk reserves the right to use printing methods and production techniques that best suit the order requirements.

Unless specifically requested, the materials used in our packaging are not guaranteed to be food-grade.

Customers requiring food-safe packaging materials must inform us before placing their order.

13) Quantity Variations

While we aim to deliver the exact quantity ordered, there may be a variation of up to ±5% due to production processes.

If an exact quantity is required, customers are advised to order approximately 10% more than the required amount.

14) Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is typically included with the order unless otherwise stated in the final quotation.

While we strive to deliver orders on time, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs procedures, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional shipping charges.
