Custom Gift and Shipping Boxes for HIGH’s 200ml Drinks Cans

HIGH needed custom packaging for its 200ml drinks cans, with separate formats for six-can and twelve-can gift sets and shipping cartons. Each style had to accommodate the cans correctly while serving its intended purpose, whether for presentation or transport. Accurate sizing was particularly important, alongside a premium appearance for the gift boxes and consistent print quality across the packaging range.

We produced a range of custom packaging using E-flute and L1 corrugated board for the relevant box styles. The six-can gift boxes featured E-flute construction, while the twelve-can gift boxes used approximately 3mm L1 board. Both gift box styles included full-colour printing inside and outside, with matte lamination. Separate six-can and twelve-can shipping cartons completed the range.

The completed order provided HIGH with four packaging formats for its drinks cans, covering gift presentation and shipping requirements. The customer praised the quality of the materials and print, describing the packaging as having a premium feel. They also highlighted the attention given to can sizes and design details, reflecting the importance of getting the specifications right for custom drinks packaging.
